This quaint cottage sits atop the tallest hill in Encanto, offering panoramic views of the incredible San Diego coastline, including the Coronado Bridge, Downtown, Point Loma, Mexico and Islas Coronado. We're centrally located - only 10 minutes from the Gaslamp District, downtown and the zoo, 20 minutes from the airport and beaches, and 30 minutes to the casinos.
The cottage has three bedrooms, offering the perfect vacation getaway for families. The master bedroom has a full bathroom en suite.
The original 1930's kitchen has stainless steel countertops and is stocked with everything you need to cook at home.
There is a spacious living room and bay window with a view that won't quit. There is also a TV with cable, surround sound, a PS3, an armoire full of DVDs and video games, and wi-fi. The dining room offers incredible views as well.
Please note that the house is over 80 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging and charming patina both inside and outside the cottage.
Guests have access to the entire home and yard. The huge 1.3 acre property has garden paths to follow, cactus and succulents to admire, and tranquil spots hidden throughout to enjoy the view or just take a rest.
